Overview
Cubora 360 is a SaaS operations platform for construction companies, live at 360.cuborainfra.com. One deployment serves many companies: each tenant has its own subscription, users, and the modules they are allowed to use. Cubora Infra runs LGSF and prefab delivery on it — CRM into funded jobs, then execution through milestones, components, SOPs and materials.

Who uses it
- Platform operator. Companies, locations, subscriptions, which modules a company may use, and activity logs.
- Company admin. Users, roles, holidays, materials, milestone templates and the projects for that company.
- Project / site teams. Execute components against SOPs, upload evidence, and move work through approval gates.
- CRM / commercial. Move leads through estimates, LOI, accounts, catalog and client files before a job is a project.
The SaaS model is company + subscription + module mapping. Sidebar items appear only if that company is mapped to the module, so one codebase can sell different feature sets.
Each Laravel module owns its own routes and models: Project Management, Milestone Master, Material Management, Lead Management, Holiday Management and Global Settings. Projects store a geocoded address and can check weather before outdoor work.
Tech stack: Laravel 12 modular monolith on MySQL. Multi-company SaaS with Cartalyst Sentinel, subscriptions, per-company module mapping, weather and reverse-geocoding APIs, and a PWA-ready admin shell.
