Overview
HRMS is a multi-tenant SaaS people platform. One deployment serves many companies: login email resolves the tenant, each tenant has its own subscription, branding, policies and auth mode. The working product is employees, leave, attendance and payroll.

Day-to-day HR

Who uses it
- Employees. Use My profile, mark attendance, apply for leave and download payslips.
- HR / payroll admin. Owns Employees, Leave, Attendance, Payroll and the policy screens under Admin settings for their tenant.
- Platform operator. Provisions tenants, subscription and trial plans, GST rates, and which modules a tenant may use.
The SaaS model is tenant + subscription + feature modules. Auth mode is per tenant: local database, external database, LDAP/AD, or a hybrid. A closed subscription window can block login.
Attendance, leave and payroll are separate sidebar modules, each gated by feature access so a small tenant does not have to run the full campus setup.
Tech stack: Laravel with Sanctum token-cookie auth on MySQL. Multi-tenant SaaS with isolated tenants, pluggable Local / LDAP / hybrid login, module feature flags, and admin masters for organisation and payroll.
