Overview
Humancare Pharma is the field-and-office system behind hcarepharma.in. Medical representatives run visits and tour programmes from an installable PWA. Office coordinators and super admins run GST billing, purchase, sale, inventory reports and the ledger from the same login.

Who uses it
- Medical representative. Dashboard, visits, tour programme, doctors, firms, secondary sales, expenses and attendance on the phone PWA.
- Office coordinator. GST billing, ledger, inventory and GST reports, with super admin.
- Super admin. Employees, targets, POB, admin settings and the full billing stack.
The PWA (manifest, service worker, installable icons, connected status) is how MRs use the product in the field. Location is required before Start Working so visits carry a real coordinate. WebAuthn fingerprint login exists beside password; the sidebar link may be hidden depending on rollout.
This is a pharma SFA plus GST billing product. Attendance, leave and salary slip are in the menu; it is not a full payroll engine.
Tech stack: Laravel 12 + Livewire on MariaDB, Cartalyst Sentinel, Laragear WebAuthn, PWA manifest and service worker, Excel, DomPDF, barcodes, and GPS on visits.
