Overview
Startup Nagaland is the official public portal of the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Nagaland — the nodal home of the state’s Start-up Policy. It is live at startupnagaland.in. CoreConxept designed and developed the site.

Who uses it
- Founders. Register a startup, read incentives and raise a grievance from the public site.
- Incubators and mentors. Appear as directory profiles rather than a static PDF list.
- Department officers. Publish news, notifications, downloads and follow incomplete registrations.
- Visitors. Read policy and resources without creating an account.
The home page is the product for most users: register, policy, incubators, resources and a dated notice feed. Incentive copy on the portal covers GST reimbursement, women-entrepreneurship focus, broadband and digital-upgradation support, and patent-cost reimbursement.
Officers update notices and news through the CMS so circulars and bootcamps do not live only as social posts.
Tech stack: Public government portal with startup registration, a content CMS, incubator and mentor directories, and downloadable resources.
