SkillNaga is the Dimapur directory of verified local entrepreneurs at skillnaga.com. People search by service and colony and receive verified contacts on WhatsApp. There is no in-app booking or payment. Field agents and sponsors register on the public site; staff approve them before they appear in matches.

Who uses it
- Resident / customer. Searches without an account. Submits a lead and receives matches on WhatsApp.
- Field agent. Listed tradesperson. Registers publicly and stays pending until staff approval. Cannot open the admin console.
- Sponsor. Colony partner. Registers publicly; no admin login.
- Staff / admin. Verify field agents and sponsors, work the leads inbox, and maintain catalog and locations.
The public site is a Next.js PWA. Sign in on the header goes to the Laravel console, which only staff, admin and platform operators can use.
Matching is WhatsApp-native: search or the assistant captures a lead, then verified field-agent contacts are sent through the Meta Cloud API. The admin inbox tags the channel as web, PWA or WhatsApp.
Tech stack: Next.js 16 PWA (Serwist) talking to a Laravel 13 REST API with Sanctum. Blade admin, Chart.js dashboards, and WhatsApp Cloud API for OTP, chat flow and match delivery.
